Domestic shipping and overseas shipping
The customer pays the shipping costs.
1. Shipping within Japan is 500 yen (including tax) and we offer free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen (including tax) or more (including remote islands).
2. Shipping costs outside of Japan may vary based on weight and distance. Visit the Yamato International TA-Q-BIN website for more information.

About your order
· We only accept online orders.
· Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please keep the e-mail for reference in the event of an application.
Cancellation / application expiration date
If you do not make payment within 7 days after placing your order, your order will be automatically cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 7 days.

Payment
· We accept payments in Japanese yen (JPY), US dollars (USD), and EURO (EUR). Please contact your credit card company for terms, exchange rates, timing, and fees.
· Payment by credit card and cash on delivery are possible in Japan.
*If you use cash on delivery, there is a flat fee of 330 yen.
· Outside of Japan : We only accept payment by credit card.
Customs fees, import duties, etc. [Important]
In some countries or regions, customs fees / duties and other import taxes may be charged depending on the amount and quantity of the goods. In this case, the costs are your responsibility.
Please pay the shipping company directly at the time of delivery.
* For details, please contact the customs office in your relevant country or region.
* In case the products are returned to us for the reason you do not pay the customs fees, we cannot refund you.
* The tariffs might be as high or even higher than the product price.
* No customs duty will be charged if it is within the personal use tax allowance. (However, the tax allowance might be small.)
About the delivery
In principle, we will ship within 14 working days of placing your order.
We use Yamato Transport for shipments within Japan and Yamato International TA-Q-BIN for shipments outside of Japan.
* Normally, your package will reach you within 5 days (approximately) from the date of dispatch. However, it may vary depending on the country, region, as well as customs clearance.
Returns and exchanges
We take care of the administration and shipping of our products. However, if there are any problems or defects with the product, please contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival. We only accept returns if the product is defective.

* We will take responsibility for the delivery of replacement products.
* If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping fee.
* If the product is returned without notice, the product amount and shipping costs will not be refunded.
* Refunds may take up to 2 months from the date of receipt of the items. (You will be refunded to the bank account used when paying for the order)
* Currency exchange rates at time of billing and refund may differ. Please note that we cannot respond to requests for reimbursement for these charges.
